Hi, I'm Logan!

Hi, I'm Logan!

I am a health and fitness enthusiast and have now been in the industry for 5 years. I was a fit and healthy child and teenager before gaining an apprenticeship, finding fast food, and being allowed to go the the pub which gradually over the next 3 years led me to put on 25+kg.


I then went on a 5 year journey trying every single FAD diet know to man to eventually get me back to my ideal weight. You name it, I have done it!


Now I look back on this I am very grateful for that journey (as frustrating as it was at the time), as maybe it has allowed me to help people do what I have done in a fraction of the time.


With 5 years in the industry, I have established a set of principles that allow you to enjoy life while still aiming to take one small step closer to your goal each week. I have also come to realise the one thing everyone needs to get the results they want, and I am going to give you plenty of that!
